30 % of adjusted gross income. Located right next to the Amery public schools.
Pinewood features nice 2-3 bedroom units. Each unit has two bathrooms, a kitchen with fridge, stove, and sink, a dinning room area, washer and dryer hookups, and living room. Each unit has a back patio and there is a playground located in the front of the buildings.
Electric is NOT included with rent.
